When you fill in a contact or sponsorship form we store your name, email address and any message you send. If you subscribe to our newsletter we keep your email until you unsubscribe. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use it

Form data is used to respond to enquiries and prepare project quotes. Newsletter emails are sent monthly with an unsubscribe link in every issue. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries) and consent (newsletter and non-essential cookies).

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for three years. Newsletter subscriptions are removed within 30 days of an unsubscribe request.
