Refund Policy — Physical Goods

This policy applies to physical merchandise sold by Pokie Proffs Ltd (company number 12847391), including branded apparel, printed materials and promotional items ordered through our website or by invoice.

Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for a full refund, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

Faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at orders@pokieproffs.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund including reasonable return postage.

How to return

Email orders@pokieproffs.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a reference. Returns should be posted to: Pokie Proffs Ltd, Unit 12, Old Street Works, 354 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Custom-printed items made to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
