Who we are
Pokie Proffs is a boutique game studio tucked off City Road in Islington. We are not a mega-vendor — and that is deliberate. Every project has a named lead engineer and a named maths modeller, both reachable on Slack.
The founding trio met at a B2B platform where they spent five years integrating third-party slots. They saw the same pattern repeat: great art, weak maths, missed deadlines. So they built a shop that does the unglamorous bits properly.
Today we employ twelve full-timers — artists, two QA engineers, a compliance coordinator and the usual spread of front-end and back-end developers.
Our mission
We make casino slots that operators can actually launch — mathematically sound, visually distinct and certified without a six-month remediation loop.
How we work
Fixed-price milestones with a playable prototype at week six. If the prototype does not feel right, we iterate before committing art budget.
